The Measure — priced in the open
We price in the open. Here's exactly how it works: we measure your roofline, multiply by one rate, and that's your fixed seasonal price — confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
Example 1 — a two-storey home. This front roofline measures ≈145 ft: 96 ft of eaves + 49 ft of gable lines.145 ft × $9/ft$1,305
Example 2 — a smaller rancher. Its front roofline measures ≈88 ft: 88 ft × $9/ft = $792 — below our minimum, so the $895 Front Roofline minimum applies.88 ft × $9/ft$895 min.
That one price includes everything: your free mockup first, installation by a two-person crew, December repairs within 48 hours, January takedown, and storage of your set — labelled with your address — until next year. Nothing to buy, nothing to store, no ladder.

The Everpine Season
We use commercial-grade C9 LED lights that belong to us, cut to the exact length of your roofline — so you never buy, untangle or store a thing. One seasonal price covers all of it:

Your free mockup
Send a photo of the front of your home. Within 24 hours you get a mockup of your home lit, plus a fixed price in writing.

Cut to fit
Commercial-grade C9 LED lights, cut to the exact length of your roofline. They're ours: you never buy or store anything.

Installed on your date
Professional installation by a two-person crew, on the date you booked — confirmed in writing when you reserve.

December Care
If any section goes out during December, we fix it within 48 hours at no charge.

January takedown
When the season ends, we come back and take everything down. No ladder, no frozen fingers, no January chore.

Stored & labelled
Your lights are stored in a box labelled with your address, ready to come back to your home next year — already cut to fit.
Your date, in writing
Your lights are up by your booked date, or your deposit comes back in full.
The price we quote is the price you pay
If the final measurement is higher than your quote, you pay the quoted price. We absorb our measuring error, not you.
Founding rate
Book by Wednesday, November 4 — your 2026 rate is locked for 2027.
We're taking a limited number of homes this season. Homes that book by November 4 keep the same rate for 2027 — no discount games, just next year's price, frozen, for the homes that start with us this year.
Everpine Lights is a made-to-measure holiday lighting service for homes in North Vancouver and West Vancouver. This season we're serving three neighbourhoods:
Edgemont Village
District of North Vancouver — village homes and family rooflines, most falling in the $1,300–$1,900 Full Roofline range.
Capilano Highlands
District of North Vancouver — tall trees, quiet streets and rooflines made for a clean line of warm C9 light.
West Vancouver
From Dundarave to the British Properties — larger homes, handled by the same two-person crew and the same fixed-price promise.
